Credentials: MBA in Hospitality Management; 25+ years in the Indonesian luxury resort and travel industry; Board Member, ASITA (Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies) Bali Chapter.
Bio: As the visionary behind our parent company, Juara Holding Group, Bagus’s passion is to showcase the authentic beauty of his home country. He founded Heli Fly Bali to offer a perspective on the island that even seasoned travelers have never seen, combining his deep industry network with an unwavering commitment to quality and authentic Indonesian hospitality.
Captain Iwan Santoso
Head of Operations & Chief Pilot
Credentials: Indonesian DGCA CPL-H (Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter); ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License); 6,000+ flight hours; Type-rated on Airbus H125 & H130; Former Indonesian Air Force SAR (Search and Rescue) Pilot.
Bio: Captain Iwan is the heart of our flight operations. His military background instills a culture of discipline and precision, while his thousands of hours flying over Bali give him an unparalleled understanding of the island’s terrain and weather systems. He is not just a pilot; he is a guardian in the sky, personally overseeing all safety protocols and pilot training programs.
Dewi Lestari

Credentials: Certified Luxury Travel Specialist; 15 years of senior management experience with Aman Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Indonesia.

She is the critical link between our operations and Indonesia’s regulatory bodies, including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and AirNav Indonesia. Siti manages our internal audit programs, ensuring that our maintenance, crew training, and operational procedures not only meet but exceed all national and international safety benchmarks.
